The Vinel Cardigan is a textural alternative to your standard cardigan with a fluffy yarn knitted into a zig zag design. The piece features a relaxed, dropped shoulder, a V-shaped neckline, natural Corozo Nut button closure and rib finishes at the cuffs and hems for textural difference. Material

62% Viscose 36% Nylon 2% Elastane

This garment is made from a blend of yarns to create the different finished textures.

Viscose is made from cellulose from timber that has been processed and spun into fine fibres.
We are working with not-for-profit organisation Canopy to ensure that all our forest-based fabrics are responsibly sourced from sustainable forestry and preference those with a green shirt ranking according to the most current CanopyStyle Hot Button Report. Our partnership with Canopy includes a commitment to ensure all of our viscose products have not been sourced from ancient and endangered forests. Our traceability systems confirm the viscose fibres in this garment are from a green shirt rated producer.

Viscose fibre comes from renewable sources.

The nylon fibre is used for the fluffy finish. Nylon offers a durability that helps to keep your garment lasting longer.

Elastane offers a slight stretch for a comfortable fit. 

Maker

This knit was made in Dongguan, China by Cool Partners International who we have been working with since 2016. It was manufactured in the Dongguan Kinci Knitting Factory, established in 1992, which we have visited to see our items in production. Knitwear production is highly specialised and Cool Partners are actively working with us to source sustainable yarns mostly through UPW and Novetex.   

The factory is a member of Sedex and undergoes regular social compliance audits.  

Size and Fit

This relaxed cardigan has a dropped shoulder and boxy fit for comfort. We recommend you taking your usual size. The main fit point is the length so please check this if choosing to go down a size for a neater fit.

All garments are measured flat (not on body) and then doubled (except the length) to calculate the total circumference. To work out what size will suit you best, flat measure an item that fits you well and use this as a guide. Please contact us if you have any questions or need more information.
